The oxygen deprivation surely doesnt make it lighter for him. But today I truly want him to suffer! Next, I grab the two 20kg 44lbs dumbbells and then sit down on his face with the combined weight of 100kg 220lbs - now he definitely has no chance to lift me anymore :-D If it works better with my legs extended over his body and only one dumbbell?! :-D.
