Im propelling the loser during his dumbbell training to make sure he doesnt twat out as usual - and to motivate him some more, I sit down on his face and order him to lift my 60kg 132lbs instead of the 40kg 88lbs dumbbells! The oxygen deprivation surely doesnt make it lighter for him. But today I truly want him to suffer! Next, I grab the two 20kg 44lbs dumbbells and then sit down on his face with the combined weight of 100kg 220lbs - now he definitely has no chance to lift me anymore :-D If it works better with my legs extended over his body and only one dumbbell?! :-D.
